Happy Mousehunt Days!

Hi all!

The this week is a very good week! First, on Sunday, I succeed in crafting A,bush when I was 17%! This made me get the students and masters easily, which let me accent to 35%. Then today, I caught 2 Masters of the Dojo worth 27000 gold each! Then, I used one onyx stone to craft OMG Cheese to attempt to catch the Dojo Sensei and the other to keep for crafting ACRONYM. Well, I totally failed in catching the Sensei as it is the hardest to catch. So I am now at the lagoon.

Hi all!

This is the poem I made for my home learning assignment 2

No offense to any teachers who read that lessons are boring. It's just my imagination.

This poem is about the difference in reaction of the students between lesson time and break time.

It's eight in the morn,

When reading is gone.

Students starts to mourn,

When teachers come to class.

Lessons are dry,

Whenever it's time.

But students are flies,

They fly into dreamland.

But when it's half past nine,

Cheers could be heard.

Not only from the classes of mine,

But from the others too.

After half of an hour,

It's back to lessons again.

Cheering that had before flowered,

Would start to wither again.

Fast rode the knight
With spurs, hot and reeking,

Like riot of silver lights,

1. How are the figurative language used in the poem? Give the specific word(s), explain what type of figurative language it is and why the poet chose to use this figurative language?

The phrase 'Men of steel' is a figurative language, actually meaning that the Men are wearing aromur instead of they are made of steel themselves.

The phrase 'Like riot of silver lights' is a simile that the men are running around fighting, and their armour and weapons are very shiny, thus is represents 'Like riot of silver lights'.

2.Tell us why you like this poem in no less than 100 words.

Well, this poem is trying to compare a knight with his horse, and this is why I like this poem. The knight is a very glorious figure, but without the horse, he is useless. However, he (or other knights)

would abandon his horse, once it is weak and unable to support him, and find another stronger horse.

Well, here comes Grandmaster status!

Okay, seems like I am 5% to reaching my Grandmaster status (again) and I can't wait! Well, I am hunting at the Great Gnarled Tree with a Mutated Venus Mouse Trap and Dehydration Base, together with Swiss cheese. I am certainly looking forward to my advancement for the second time. So it seems that I can really catch up with my old account in just an instant!

Okay, it's getting a little late now.

Flag Day 2010!

Hello everyone!

Well, this, too, has nothing at all to do with Mousehunt. It is about Flag Day for the Special Olympics.

So, today we met as a class at Newton MRT ticketing office, then we went as a class to the taxi stand outside. After getting our tins, we headed to three different locations - Orchard Road, United Square, and a church outside Novena Velocity.

I was located at Orchard Road, and was told to look after my fellow classmates. So, we set out as a group to the shopping district. In the morning, there wasn't any people in Orchard Road in the morning, hence we didn't get much money from the little donors.

Then, noon took its turn and people started flooding in. In just merely two hours, the whole road became flooded with people! however, Lucas and I could not find a good spot to stay, so we had to go around the six malls(Takashimaya, Paragon, Ion Orchard, Lucky Plaza, Tangs and Wrisma Atria) to find a suitable spot. This, is where we had lost a lot of chances to find donors.

After another two hours, Lucas had to head home. Since I am under 15, I have to pair up with someone. After grouping up with Denis and David, we continued our hunt. We finally fund the most suitable spot near the junction between Takashimaya and Paragon. This is the place where there are many people crossing the road. Once the the man had gone red, pedestrians from the other end started crossing the road. This is where I will ask them when they had reached me. As the green man turned red, the other man at the other side would turn green, thus pedestrians will cross from the other side of the road back to where I am. This is a repeated cycle as the number of pedestrians never stops!

Unfortunately, we had only figured that out when it was four-thirty and it was almost time to return the tins. However, I managed to complete my goal of finishing all three pages of the stickers as it only took me ten minutes to complete the last page at the cross junction(how effective)!

At 4.40 p.m., we had to head back to Newton MRT to return out tins. After today, I felt how great it was to open my mouth and speck to people whom I don't know. It was rather amazing to see that there are so many visitors and locals "squeezed" into one place! Well, isn't Orchard Road a main shopping district after all?

Reflections on Animal Farm Perforamance

Hello everyone!

Well, this has nothing to do with Mousehunt, but it is about Animal Farm!

So, here is what I experienced during the time when I was watching Animal Farm.

Before watching Animal Farm, we were stuck in Hwa Chong as Nicholas' Mother had arrived late.

Finally, when Nicholas' Mother arrived, we had only 10 minutes left. However, since Hwa Chong is very near to the Nationl Library, we had no problem reaching there in time.

So after we reached the Library, it's time to sit in the Black Box. Not long after, the show begun.

Well, telling you the whole story would be boring, and the story is the same of that in the book(read the book, if not, you will still not understand what I would be talking about...).

Well, after the show, I have learnt that the world is not perfect, and greed takes over us sometimes when we are trying to lead a team.

Update on Today

Hi Readers!

Well, its 12 days since we have talked. I am now master 25 percent and is currently hunting at mousoleum. Well, it has been 2 months since I was there with my, old account(it's sad just to think of it again)... However, I have just gained my super brie from my disappointed friend who changed his mind on the number of months that he will give me the 3500 super brie, which lengthened from a month to two.
